For decades, humain have improve their skills to store food. One of it best exemple is,

fermentation. In fact a lot of common food are fermented. For exemple sourdough bread. All

tho, theirs multiple fermentation food and process, why is sourdough better for us then classic

white bread. And how does the fermentation in sourdough processes make’s it better for us.



Why sourdough is more benefic for us

then yeast?

To begin, sourdough is a fermentation process that involve good bacterias and prebiotic. All of those are amazing for us. All tho, it even contain richer nutrients, it’s most of the time better for people that have blood sugar issue. Because it doesn’t spike up the blood sugar ratios. While making sourdough bread you create naturally a gluten barrier. Wich mean’s their’s a smaller amount of gluten. After all, sourdough even contains a bunch of nutrient’s like good carb’s and vitamins such as folic acid. Lastly, it can even help digestion. Secondly, while using yeast the fermentation can easily be killed, wich mean’s the nutrient’s and bacterias dont have the time to developed and stay active. If you consumed to much yeast, it can lead you to digestive problems. For example gas and diarrhea. Yeast can even help to cause diseases like pneumocystis pneumonia or cryptococcosis. Over all yeast can have some advantage but way less then sourdough can ever give you.



How sourdough is more benefic for the humain body?

To continue, sourdough bread is a form of fermentation. Fermentation is in simple word’s, a process that break’s down molecules into even more simpler subsance’s, wich are easier fo our système to digest. So, the starter used to make sourdough is a full grown organise, wich is full of prebiotic and a whole bunch of good bacteria’s. For example, our intestine is full of about 100 000 bilions good bacteria’s. All of those bacteria’s, wich are more oftenly called our gut, need to be fead. Having a good gut health involved, strong immunity système, the prevention of neurologic sickness like Alzheimerin and help for digestion problems such as obesity, diabetes and more. Over all, eating sourdough bread nourish our gut health, by promoting to our organisme lot’s of prebiotic and good bacterias. All those element’s help’s in the process of digestion. Because they devied the molecules found in the prebiotic, into smaller nutriment’s wich are easier to digest.



To conclude, sourdough is a forme of fermentation that involved a lot of prebiotic and good bacterias. The nutrient’s found in sourdough can naturally leave you with way more benefice then yeast could ever. Lastly, sourdough can lead you to a healthy gut health, nourish your microbiota with billions of good bacteria’s and help to protect you from certain diseases.
