First, we should see the ingredients in the first place. The
main ingredient is milk; you can’t make cheese without milk. The
rest of the ingredients are: Type of acid (Lemon juice or vinegar.)
and salt. The main steps are way simpler than people could think.
You put the milk in a big cooking pot; you wait until the milk
temperature reached 90°C. Then you start to put one spoon of
acid, for example vinegar, at a time in the milk. You need to brew
with a spatula like if you were drawing an 8 every time you put a
spoon of acid. After a few spoon the milk will separate from the
whey and it’ll be ready. At that moment drain the whey from the
cheese and salt it.
Next, I think cheese is good money. Farmers should make
cheese because it’s one of the most sold food product in the
world. In 2020 cheese made $120 billion. I think it’s good for
farmers to do cheese because it’s a very cool way to make money
and be passionate by it.
