Coking is super fun and creating your own food is very rewarding. But their one type of food rely special in the good sense to cook. It’s cheese! Cooking your own cheese is impressive, because cheese is a haul science. They’re some kind of cheese that I would rely like to cook. Like cheese in crotte, cream cheese and cheddar. Besides, what would be so interesting in creating those cheese?
To begin, all those kinds of cheese are extremely different when you look at them. But cheese in all kinds have the same base. Milk! Except, that they are made differently and that’s why cream cheese does not have the same taste and texture as cheddar, for example. Secondly, cheddar cheese is sometimes an old cheese. It means it wait some time so the flavour develops. But when you buy or cook some fromage en crotte it’s a type of cheddar with one exception. Fromage en grain is a fresh cheddar and cheddar like « OKA » it’s an old type. Thirdly, and finally, cream cheese by it names seems like it’s made with cream. Except it’s not. It’s all made by simple milk. We call this cheese like that because of its texture. Finally, I think cheese in all kinds are super nice to cook. But I would like to cook cream cheese,
cheddar and fromage en crotte. I think creating your own cream cheese is very special because it’s a special texture to create with milk. The whole process behind look incredible. Also crotte in cheese look very special, because it has a weird shape and a skouik skouik sound/texture. Also I think creating a fresh cheddar like that is a first experience before the old cheddar. Lastly, the more stimulant I think, it’s the old cheddar because, it’s the haul process of aging cheese. I would love to taste my own cheddar with a strong taste. It would be super rewarding to taste something you’ve waited week’s for.
To conclude, cooking your own cheese is special and there are so many types of possibilities. I think cream cheese, cheddar and fromage en crotte are super intriguing to make. Lastly, what is the type of cheese you would like to cook?
